Back by popular demand for another round, please join us for this beginner friendly two part event, to make planters and fill them with a new plant! The first session will be hosted by Throw Ceramics Studio, where we will create sculptural planters with leaf impressions on the evening of Monday, March 30th. All tools and clay will be provided, as well as light refreshments.
We’ll be working with slabs, which you can imprint, stamp, or carve to assemble your planter. Approximate finished size will be 4-5” tall/wide. You’ll choose your glaze/color, and then we’ll bisque fire, glaze, and glaze fire the work for you.
Next, we’ll meet at Vine on Monday, April 20th with the finished planter reveal, to select, plant, and discuss care of/best location for, a plant of your choosing. Snacks & beverages will be provided at Vine as well!
